DAY 4- DOWNTIME AT THE BEACH

3/15/2017

September 15, 2013 12:47 pm
Our first day relaxing on Copacabana Beach. Volleyball, segways, biking, exercise stations and games of foot volley (a new popular sport in Rio where volleyball is played with a soccerball and your feet) surround us. It’s Spring in Rio, with waters warming and the locals ready for the heat of summer!
Our day ended with an experience all visitors need to have….the churrasco- a restaurant serving all you can eat grilled meat. The waiters move around the restaurant with the skewers, slicing meat onto the client’s plate, until you turn your green ‘yes’ card to red ‘no’ card.
Join us Sunday as we visit the Hippie Market at Ipanema and try and catch some hang gliders and kite surfers in town!
